Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Manager Warehouse Operations to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, smooth inbound and outbound operations, compliance with safety standards, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff and supervisors
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to meet operational targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
- Monitor KPIs and prepare operational reports for management
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
- Handle audits and ensure documentation accuracy
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10-12 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
