Job Description
Indigo Heights Hotel is seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position operates on Eastern Standard Time and requires exceptional administrative skills to ensure smooth office operations while supporting staff and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondences professionally.
- Maintain documentation relating to students, staff, and activities.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- American accent required.
- Drop shipping experience a must.
