Job Description
Join Innovadel Technologies as a Customer Service Receptionist. You will manage front-desk operations for KaamKrew, handling beauty and home service inquiries, coordinating bookings via the KaamKrew app/admin panel, communicating with customers and service providers, tracking jobs, resolving complaints, and maintaining daily logs. Requirements: 1–2 years in reception/call center/customer support, excellent verbal Urdu, intermediate or graduate, multitasking skills, CRM/app familiarity, presentable and responsible. Benefits: competitive salary (Rs35,00–Rs45,00/month), professional IT environment, and growth opportunities in operations and customer support. Job Type: Full-time, in person.
