Job Description:
- Resolve assigned complaints for Cash Services Machines (CSMs) and ATMs within defined turnaround times.
- Install ATMs and CSMs.
- Execute precise troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
- Deliver analytical reports and documentation to the Line Manager.
- Accomplish 100% preventive maintenance (PM) for UPS, ATM, and G&D.
