Job Description:
- Resolve assigned complaints on CSMs & ATMs within defined TAT.
- Install ATMs & CSMs.
- Execute precise troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide root cause analysis for assigned tasks.
- Provide analytical reports & documentation to Line Manager.
- Achieve 100% PM for UPS, ATM, and G&D.
