Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems accurately
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and manage spreadsheets, reports, and records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform regular data backups and ensure data security
- Assist other departments with data-related tasks when required
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Operator
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Basic knowledge of office documentation

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
