Job Description
We are seeking an IT Assistant to support daily IT operations, provide technical help to staff, maintain hardware and software, manage user accounts, and assist with basic network and system maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktop and peripheral issues, installing and updating software, monitoring backups, and documenting solutions. Candidates should have basic experience with Windows and macOS, familiarity with networking fundamentals, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving attitude. Certification or diploma in IT or a related field is preferred.
