Job Description
The Institute of Performance Management is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of HR to spearhead our human resources initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing the HR department from scratch, leveraging prior experience in a similar role.
- Driving organization development, training, and employee grievances management.
- Overseeing HR operations and ensuring effective people management.

Required qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the retail sector.
