What You’ll Do:
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls
- Assist customers with inquiries and solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confidence in managing customer queries
- Previous call center experience (preferred, not required)
- Availability for night shifts
