Job Description
International Industries is seeking a dynamic Human Resources and Corporate Services Manager to lead HR operations at our plant and head office. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will also oversee employee relations and foster a productive work culture.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Business Administration, possess 7+ years of experience in HR & Corporate Services, preferably in the manufacturing sector, and have strong leadership and communication skills.
