Job Description
The MHPSS Officer will design and implement mental health and psychosocial support programs, conduct assessments, provide case management and individual or group psychosocial interventions, train community staff, coordinate referrals with health and protection partners, and monitor program quality and reporting. The ideal candidate holds a degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, has 2+ years’ experience in humanitarian or community MHPSS programs, is trauma-informed, skilled in counseling, and strong in communication and coordination.
