Job Description
Position Summary:
Join International Petrochemical as a Plant Operator, responsible for operating plant equipment and machinery. Ensure smooth production, quality output, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain assigned plant equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and report abnormalities.
- Assist in plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency handling.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Record operational data and communicate issues to supervisors.
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Operations.
- 2–4 years of experience in industrial plant operations.
- Ability to read gauges, meters, and technical instructions.
- Physically fit for manual tasks and shift work.
