Job Description
INTERNATIONAL PHARMA LABS is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to provide essential administrative support. Responsibilities include performing general administrative tasks, assisting HR with special projects, and maintaining the reception area.
The HR Officer will manage deviation reports, conduct service level audits, and evaluate soft skills training programs across departments. You will ensure job descriptions are accurate and assist in developing succession plans for continuity.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. Work is in person at our office.
