Job Description
Interwood Mobel is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will handle complaints and queries from walk-in clients, ensuring timely acknowledgment and communication throughout the complaint process.
Key responsibilities include analyzing complaints, preparing reports, coordinating after-sales services, and generating customer service metrics reports.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of customer service experience are required. Strong communication skills are essential.
