Job Description
Lead the internal audit function to strengthen controls, manage risk, and ensure compliance across the organization. Responsibilities include designing and executing the annual audit plan, evaluating internal controls and financial reporting, coordinating with external auditors, and presenting findings to executive management and the audit committee. The role requires 8+ years in internal audit or assurance, strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations, CPA or CIA preferred, proven leadership in building high-performing teams, excellent analytical skills, and clear communication to drive process improvements and support corporate governance.
