Job Description
Inventio Tech Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Order Dispatcher to manage daily order operations. You will ensure customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time to uphold satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming online orders.
- Coordinate packing with warehouse teams.
- Schedule and track shipments.
- Monitor deliveries and resolve issues.
- Maintain dispatch records and customer communication.
Requirements: Previous e-commerce experience preferred, strong organizational skills, and good English communication. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
