Job Description
Provide confidential psychological support to national staff; conduct individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and referrals. Develop well-being programs and training sessions, advise management on staff mental health, monitor trends, maintain secure records, and collaborate with HR and external providers. Require degree in psychology, counseling, or social work; 3+ years relevant experience; strong assessment, communication, and cultural sensitivity; ability to travel and handle emergency on-call duties. Fluency in English and local language preferred.
