As a Customer Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and ensuring a seamless sales process. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate and close sales.
- Provide detailed information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a customer-facing position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
