Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Manager to join our team at IT Empire. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer data management, analyzing customer data for targeted segmentation strategies, and optimizing CRM automation and sales processes.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM management or administration. Proficiency in CRM systems, strong data analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
