Job Description
iTech Solutions, a US-based IT company, is urgently seeking to hire a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Representative.
Job Requirements:
· Fluency in Spanish.
· At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role preferred.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
· Familiarity with customer support tools is a plus.
· Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Location: Gulberg 03, Lahore
Timing: Night Shift 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (Onsite, 5 days a week)
