Job Description
We are a dynamic marketing company seeking motivated Frontiers for lead generation. As a Call Center Representative, you will make cold calls to generate qualified leads, identify decision-makers, maintain a prospect pipeline, log interactions in CRM, and collaborate with marketing and sales to improve conversions. We provide full training on marketing services and sales processes. Candidates should have strong verbal communication, basic lead generation knowledge, self-motivation, and independence; prior cold calling or telemarketing experience is a plus.
