Job Description
Join J7 Emporium as a Document Controller / Assistant Quantity Surveyor. You will prepare and verify subcontractor bills, organize project documents, and assist the Quantity Surveyor with daily tasks. Coordination with internal departments and external vendors is essential.
Key Skills Required: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, excellent organizational skills, and effective multitasking. Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
Preferred Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying with 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate construction.
Competitive salary up to Rs60,00.00 per month.
