Job Summary: We are seeking an empathetic Complaint Handler to efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints. Candidates must bring experience in handling escalations, conducting investigations, and ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 3–4 years in customer service or complaint handling.
- Strong communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
