Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to lead daily store operations, optimize processes, and drive sales performance across multiple locations. Responsibilities include managing store teams, inventory control, visual merchandising, operational compliance, KPI monitoring, budget oversight, and improving customer experience. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in retail operations, proven leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Excel and POS systems, and excellent communication. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet growth targets.
