Job Description
We require an IT Support Specialist who covers the following:
– Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions. Customers will be in Europe and Middle East
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email and document management solutions.
– 5+ years of experience working in a similar position.
– Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, IIS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Cloud Services.
– Proficiency in various Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
– Good english communication skills and verbal fluency.
Location: Karachi or lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
