Job Description
We are hiring a Female Customer Service Representative for Jazz Franchise Peoples Colony. You will assist walk-in customers, resolve complaints, perform SIM services using Jazz DBBS, manage CRM records, explain Jazz packages and offers, ensure accurate data entry, and coordinate with internal teams. Requirements: female candidates, 1–2 years customer service experience (telecom preferred), hands-on Jazz DBBS and CRM knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Full-time, in person. Competitive salary Rs15,00–Rs20,00/month, professional work environment, and growth opportunities within the franchise.
