Job Description
Job Purpose
The Customer Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition strategies to drive sustainable business growth. This role focuses on identifying new market opportunities, analyzing customer behavior, building strategic B2B partnerships, and optimizing acquisition channels to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies across online and offline channels
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends
- Perform customer analysis to understand target segments, behavior, needs, and conversion drivers
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic B2B partnerships to expand customer reach and acquisition pipelines
- Plan and execute lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns
- Manage and optimize acquisition funnels to improve conversion rates
- Monitor and control Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while improving ROI
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams
- Oversee customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly acquisition performance reports to management
- Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of acquisition teams and channel partners
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition frameworks and growth strategies
- Proven experience in market analysis, customer segmentation, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to build and manage B2B partnerships and strategic alliances
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards
- Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in customer acquisition, growth, or sales
