Job Description

Location: Korangi, Karachi

Salary: PKR 45,00/month + PKR 3,00 petrol allowance

About the Role:

We’re seeking a responsible and energetic Male Facility Supervisor to oversee evening operations at our sports facility. This is the perfect opportunity for someone passionate about sports, who’s comfortable using technology and can manage a small team confidently.

Shift Timing: 4:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise evening operations, bookings, and customer engagement.
• Monitor ongoing games and ensure the facility remains organized and safe.
• Record daily activity and report to management.
• Coordinate with café partners and maintenance staff.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

• Male candidates only
• Passion for sports and fitness
• Good spoken English and communication skills
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using booking and reporting software
• Some managerial or supervisory experience preferred
• Must be able to commute to Korangi daily
