Job Description
Logistics is seeking a dedicated Outbound Call Agent to manage and coordinate freight movements at our Phase 6, DHA, Lahore location. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 50k, with commission opportunities reaching up to 200k. Working hours are from 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and a basic understanding of logistics dispatching. Responsibilities include assigning loads to drivers, tracking shipments, providing updates, and addressing customer inquiries.
