Job Description
We are YNC PAKISTAN, seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Upwork Bidder to join our team in Gulistan-e-Johar Block 19. This full-time position requires you to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing our Upwork profile, researching and bidding on design and development projects, crafting compelling proposals, and building strong client relationships. Additionally, you will negotiate high-value projects and track performance metrics for continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have proven Upwork bidding experience, strong proposal writing skills, and the ability to work independently towards set targets.
