Job Description
We are Infocab Ltd, a UK-based taxi firm now expanding our operations to Pakistan. We are looking for a full-time Night Shift Operator with experience in UK client relations and cab dispatching.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally.
- Provide accurate quotations and handle customer inquiries.
- Allocate bookings to drivers and manage customer complaints.
Key Competencies Required:
- Experience with AUTOCAB is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm.
Salary: Rs. 60,00.00 – Rs. 90,00.00 per month plus overtime.
Location: Islamabad, near E11.
