Job Description
Safety Star (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Female HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and foster a positive workplace culture at our Sialkot office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Administer payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate performance management and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office.
