Job Description
Infocab Ltd, a UK-based taxi firm expanding operations to Pakistan, is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Islamabad near E11. Candidates should have experience dealing with UK clients, cab dispatching, and booking. Familiarity with Icabbi is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and delivering professional service.
- Providing accurate customer quotations and allocating bookings to drivers.
- Effectively handling customer complaints and queries.
Competitive salary: Rs. 60,00.00 – Rs. 90,00.00 per month plus overtime. Experience: 1-2 years preferred. Minimum 9-hour shifts with a flexible schedule.
