Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Call QA Executive to join our team at Sourcecode Software House. In this role, you will:
- Evaluate inbound and outbound calls related to our medical campaign, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Verify lead authenticity and maintain detailed, accurate records.
- Identify improvements in call handling and service delivery, offering constructive feedback to enhance quality.
- Conduct training sessions and coaching to address performance gaps, promoting continuous improvement.
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
