Job Description
JLPS Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in cold calling, client outreach, and sales closure. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, persuasive in communication, and focused on achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calls.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain communication with clients.
- Update CRM systems regularly.
Requirements:
Experience in cold calling or tele sales, strong communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
