Job Description
About the Role:
- Regularly engage with existing clients to maintain strong relationships.
- Manage client relationships by offering support, demonstrating products, and addressing any inquiries.
- Assist in the contract renewal process by following up with clients on updated rates and securing their signatures on revised agreements when required.
- Help expand our client base by identifying new growth opportunities, generating leads, reaching out to potential prospects, and supporting the sales closure process.
