Job Description
BGE Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Manager with expertise in hotel management, Booking.com operations, and accounting. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage financial and administrative tasks while overseeing our hotel’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee hotel administration, bookings, and guest records.
- Manage Booking.com transactions, invoicing, and financial reports.
- Handle accounts, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
- Ensure smooth office operations and team coordination.
- Utilize accounting software & Microsoft Excel for data management.
- Supervise monthly financial reporting and compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel management and accounting (1 year required).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
