Job Description
Senew is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with proven leadership capabilities in managing large teams and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Software Developers and Team Leads.
- Identify training needs and ensure high-quality datasets.
- Conduct QA checks and improve workflows for timely delivery.
- Serve as main contact for stakeholders and update senior management.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in leadership managing teams of 20+ members.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; English proficiency required.
