Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance checks on products and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with teams for seamless customer experiences.
- Leverage sales experience to align quality standards.
- Utilize CRM platforms to track quality metrics.
- Troubleshoot issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Assist in creating process improvement reports.
Requirements:
- Graduation required
- 6 months in a sales role
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
