Job Description
We are Think Higher Consultants, seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage phone calls and build sustainable relationships with customers. You’ll be responsible for providing accurate information, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications include two years of experience, fluency in English, and familiarity with CRM systems. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. Previous experience in the Visa industry is a plus.
