Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records in our real estate business within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using double-entry accounting principles.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor/client invoicing.
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
- Assist in tax compliance and audit preparations.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
