Position Type: Full-time
As a Taxi Controller (CSR), you will manage incoming calls from UK customers looking to book or amend taxi rides. Your key responsibilities include:
- Handling all airport and local bookings.
- Processing payments over the phone.
- Escalating complaints to relevant departments, managing driver queries, and grievances.
- Providing exceptional customer service with excellent speaking and listening skills.
Candidates with knowledge of Autocab, Iccabi, or Cordic are preferred, but fresh applicants are welcome to apply.
