Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join S Ventures. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of customer support experience and excellent English communication skills. Your responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide technical and non-technical assistance.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM.
- Assist with order processing and account management.
