Job Description
Utopia Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented Communication Specialist / Email Support Specialist for our International Campaign. This full-time position involves rotational shifts and plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries through email on Amazon and other platforms, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely and professional communication. You will also track feedback, assist with maintaining seller ratings, and coordinate with customer support teams to deliver effective solutions.
We offer a monthly salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs90,00.00, along with benefits such as a provident fund, medical claims, bonuses, and incentives.
Requirements
