Job Description

QueryTel is seeking a North American-focused Cold-Calling and Lead Generation Expert to generate qualified leads. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to U.S. and Canadian businesses
• Understand client needs and pitch relevant IT services
• Track call outcomes and manage CRM records
• Coordinate with North American sales representatives
• Submit weekly performance and lead conversion reports

Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years in cold calling or B2B sales, strong communication skills, and familiarity with North American sales culture.
