Job Description
Join NXT Labs as a Lead Generation Specialist, where you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential clients in the BPO and staffing sectors across various geographies. You will generate high-quality leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, cold calling, and marketing automation tools.
Your role will involve qualifying leads, managing a healthy sales pipeline in CRM systems, and collaborating with the marketing team on lead generation strategies. We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of B2B lead generation experience, and strong communication skills.
