Cyber System Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Lahore. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional online support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound audio/video calls with professionalism.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Conduct eligibility verifications and follow-ups.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Provide timely customer support services.

Qualifications: Fluent in English, proficient in MS Office, excellent communication skills, able to multitask under pressure, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary: PKR 60,00 to 75,00 per month, plus benefits.
