Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our dynamic team at Tapsys Services (Pvt) Ltd. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot Linux systems and SQL databases, escalate critical issues, and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 6 months to 1 year of experience, intermediate Linux skills, strong SQL understanding, and excellent communication skills. Must work 24/7 shifts.
