Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Architectural Associate to support our CEO at Shelter. This unique role merges executive assistance with architectural insight, ideal for candidates with an architectural background seeking to influence the company’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Assist in strategic planning, design reviews, and client meetings.
- Prepare presentations, design documentation, and proposals.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 2+ years of experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
