Job Description
Source Code Academia is seeking a full-time Roster Manager to facilitate the effective scheduling and reporting within our department. The ideal candidate will oversee roster creation, class management, and teacher coordination while addressing IT concerns and managing invoices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing student and teacher rosters.
- Organizing class schedules and academic activities.
- Coordinating teacher schedules and related tasks.
- Acting as the point of contact for IT issues.
- Tracking and managing invoices.
- Resolving student queries about invoices and payments.
